Quick & Easy Au Jus

Hi Everyone!

Today's recipe is for Au Jus.  In case you don't know what this is, it is the gravy or sauce served with Prime Rib.  It is pronounced "aw-szoo".  In my last post, I realized that I forgot to add the recipe.

After your Prime Rib is finished, use your baster, and remove the drippings from the roaster into a sauce pan.  I had to improvise since I forgot to buy beef broth, so I added about a 1/2 can of French Onion soup. 

Add a couple of drops of Worcestershire Sauce.

Simmer on the stove until boiling.

Place in a gravy boat and pour onto your Prime Rib.
