Sausage Margherita Pizza

Hi Everyone!

Recently I went to a restaurant with some of my co-workers, and they turned me onto Margherita Pizza.  It was so light and crispy.  I just couldn't believe it.  Well, I decided to make it at home for my family.  The only twist is that I had to add sausage because Phillip is a serious meat eater.  I received husband and kid approval.

I used the following:

* Store Bought Pizza Dough
* Your Favorite Tomato Sauce
* Whole Mozzerrella Cheese
* Fresh Basil
* Sausage
* Flour

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Grease your pizza pans.

Dust your clean counter with flour and roll out your dough to fit your pan.

Place your dough on the pan.

Spread the sauce on the pizza.

Slice your cheese thinly and place the slices on the pizza.

Now place the sliced sausage on the pizza and place in the oven until the cheese it melted and the dough is golden brown.

While the pizza is baking, slice the basil.  Toss the basil onto the pizza once removed from the oven.

Allow to settle about 5 minutes.  Slice and serve.

Enjoy!
