Quick Weekday Garlic Bread

Hi Everyone!

Tonight we had leftover Shrimp Primavera for dinner.  I looooove leftovers on a Monday.  Anyway, I wanted to jazz up dinner, so I made some Quick Weekday Garlic Bread.  This can be made on the stove or in the broiler.

* Butter the roll or bread of your choice
* Sprinkle garlic and parsley on the bread
* Place in the broiler until golden brown
* If you are preparing your toast on the stove, place a scoop of butter in the pan to be melted.
* Place the bread in the pan butter side down.  Cook until golden brown.
