Ham Steak in Honey Mustard Glaze

Hi Everyone!

Today's recipe is Ham Steak in Honey Mustard Glaze.  PJ and I love ham, but Phillip and Brianna don't care for it.  So, rather than buy a large ham, I get a ham steak.  They are pretty inexpensive and easy to make as well.  Not to mention that this is a quick week night dinner.

So, you will need the following:

* Ham Steak
* Yellow or Brown Mustard
* Honey

You can either broil or pan fry the ham steak.  I like to brown it a little on both sides.

While the ham is cooking, mix up your glaze.  I use about 2 - 3 teaspoons of mustard.  You can use more or less depending on how tangy you like your glaze.  Pour in a generous amount of honey and stir.

Once the ham is lightly golden, brush on the glaze and flip your steak.  Repeat on the other side.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
