Quick Buffalo Wings

Hi Everyone!

Before you know it, winter will be approaching.  You'll be snowed in and can't get to TGIFridays, Applebees or your favorite restaurant for Buffalo Wings. Well now you don't have to fret.  Make your own wings any time you like!

You will need the following:

* Chicken Wings
* Your favorite hot sauce
* Flour
* Butter
* Cooking Oil

Pour cooking oil into a pan and heat.

Clean your wings while heating your oil.

In a large bowl, place your wings in the flour and coat them thoroughly.

Place your wings in the frying pan when the oil is ready.

Fry your wings until golden brown on each side.

Place on a paper towel and allow to drain any excess oil.

The Sauce:

Depending on how hot you like your sauce, will depend on how much hot sauce you will use.

If you like spicy sauce, use more hot sauce, and less butter.  If you like your wings mild, use less hot sauce, more butter.  So in a measuring cup, pour in your sauce and butter.  Place in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.  Remove and stir your sauce until combined.

Place the wings in a bowl and pour the sauce over the wings.

Serve with blue cheese and celery!
