Hey Everyone!
Tonight's dish is geared toward our little munchkins......Chicken Fingers! Most children love Chicken Fingers. We can go to a 4 or 5 star restaurant, and my son PJ will order Chicken Fingers. What's funny is that he will not eat Chicken Fingers at all restaurants.....just certain ones. Chicken Fingers are a quick week night dinner. You can also make your own for a football or sporting event party. Why buy frozen when you can make your own? So, let's do it!
You will need the following:
* Chicken Breast
* Bread Crumbs
* Egg
* Olive or Canola Oil
Wash, season and slice the chicken breast.
Dip your chicken in the egg.
Roll your chicken in the bread crumbs.
Carefully place the strips in hot grease and fry until golden brown on each side.
Serve with your favorite sides!
You will definitely score cool points with your kids!
