Grilled Chicken Salad

Hi Everyone!

Today's meal is Grilled Chicken Salad.  I love Grilled Chicken Salad on a toasted bun, a croissant or on a bed lettuce.  What's great about Chicken Salad is that it is so easy to make, and does not take much time.

You will need the following ingredients:

* Chicken Breast
* Mayonnaise (Like I always say, I prefer Hellman's)
* Celery
* Onion
* Dill Weed

Season your chicken breast with your favorite seasonings, and then rub olive oil (or whatever oil you have) all over it.

If you don't want to grill your chicken breast, the broiler will do.  Cook until thoroughly done on each side.

While your chicken is cooking, chop your celery and onions.  Use as much or as little as you like.

Remove the chicken when done.  Let cool and then chop the breast into cubes.

Add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.  Sprinkle with dill weed and combine ingredients.

Serve on a bed of lettuce, a bun or bread.

Enjoy!
