Hi Everyone!
Today I wanted to feature another one of Phillip's meals. Chicken and Vegetables cooked on the grill. Phillip and I have been trying to eat more healthy. So, on this particular day, Phillip had the idea to season and grill a whole chicken and vegetables. Now I'll be honest, he went light on the seasoning, so I had to add my own seasoning on the side to spice it up. Phillip grilled the chicken for an hour or two until done. As Phillip says, "If it's bleedin', keep on heatin'!" Toward the end, he sliced some veggies and placed them on the grill. Voila! Dinner! Take a look!
