Meatloaf and Gravy

Hi Everyone!

One day I had a taste for meatloaf, and I tried making it using a conventional recipe with plain breadcrumbs.  Well, it came out looking like a big hamburger that was bland.  My husband Phillip is not a big fan of meatloaf, but as he says, "He can tolerate this recipe".  So the next time you have a taste for meatloaf, try this recipe.

You will need the following:

* Ground Beef
* Chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing
* 1 Egg
* Ketchup
* 1 can of Campbell's French Onion Soup
* 1 can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Grease a loaf pan.

Wash and put your ground beef in a large mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 a package of Stove Top Stuffing

Beat 1 egg and add to the ground beef

A generous amount of ketchup

Add salt and pepper and thoroughly mix your ingredients together.

Place the ground beef into the loaf pan and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until brown.

Once browned, remove from the oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Grease another baking dish.  Remove the meatloaf from the pan and place the meatloaf in the baking dish.

Add the Golden Mushroom and French Onion soups.  Mix the soups together.  You can even mix the soups before adding to the dish.

Place back in the oven for another 15 minutes so that the soups mix with the meat drippings.

Remove and let the meatloaf settle for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.

Enjoy!
