On this rainy, windy hurricane bound day in South Jersey, there was nothing more fitting than a good, hearty hot sandwich. The only thing that was missing was a hot bowl of soup.
As the fall and winter months approach, I will be featuring soups such as Shrimp & Chicken Chowder, Crab Bisque, Beef Stew, Chicken Noodle......the list goes on. I love making soups when it's cold! Anyway, the sandwich speaks for itself so I'm not including instructions, just a picture today. Take a look!
