Hi Everyone!
Do you ever just eat turkey at Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter? Did you know that turkey parts are pretty cheap, and in this economy, we can all use cheap right now. Well get ready to prepare a delicious, succulent dish. Smothered Turkey Thighs!
You will need the following ingredients:
* Turkey Thighs or your favorite part
* Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
* Campbell's French Onion Soup
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Grease your roasting pan or dish.
Clean and season your turkey parts. I like to use Morton's Nature's Seasoning, McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning and pepper. Make sure you rub in your seasoning into the meat on each side.
Add each can of soup.
Fill each can with water and add to your pan. This will make a nice gravy.
Bake slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until golden, crispy brown.
Serve with your favorite sides.
Side note: If you know how to make gravy, skip the soup and just add water. Add flour and water to your drippings to make gravy once your turkey has finished cooking.
Enjoy!
