No Crust Quiche'

Hi Everyone!

Is everyone starting to watch their diets because the warm weather is approaching?  I have had some requests for No Crust Quiche.  I'll be honest, I prefer my crust, but I was happy to oblige.

You will need the following:

* Corning Ware Quiche' Dish
* Oil
* Egg
* Milk
* Cheese (optional)
* Your Favorite Veggies
* Your Favorite Meat

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Oil your dish.

Add your meat, veggies and cheese to the dish.

Beat 1 egg and a 1/2 cup of milk per quiche'.

Pour into the dish.  Be careful not to overflow.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Carefully remove and serve!
