Oven Fried Chicken

Hi Everyone!

Today's recipe is for Oven Fried Chicken.  Before you know it, the warm weather will be here.  We'll all be trying to watch what we eat so that we can fit into our spring and summer wear.  I've always heard about frying chicken in the oven, so I thought that I would try it.

I used the following ingredients:

* Your favorite chicken part
* Panko Bread Crumbs
* Egg
* Montreal Chicken Seasoning
* Morton's Nature's Seasoning
* Garlic
* Pepper
* Canola or Olive Oil

Clean and season your chicken.

Place on a greased cookie sheet or baking dish depending on how many pieces your cooking.

Coat your chicken with Canola or Olive Oil.

Dip your chicken in egg.

Roll in the bread crumbs.

Place on the sheet.  Note: For extra crispiness, dip your chicken in the egg and bread crumbs a second time.

Bake for approximately 1 hour until golden brown.  Remember to turn your chicken over to brown.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
