Buffalo Chicken Salad

Hi Everyone!

Today's dish is Buffalo Chicken Salad.  This past spring, I started making different salads and naming them after friends.  Initially I called this salad Tameka's Spicy Bold Chicken Salad because of her spicy, bold personality.  If you like a little heat in your food, then this is the salad for you.  Save yourself $10 and make it yourself.

You will need the following:

* Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce
* Tomatoes
* Cucumbers
* Chicken Breast
* Crumbled Bleu Cheese
* Hot Sauce
* Butter

Wash and flour your chicken breast.  I don't season the chicken because it can get too salty with the hot sauce.

Fry the chicken breast until golden brown on each side.

Place on paper towels to absorb the grease.

Wash and arrange your lettuce on your plate.

Arrange the tomatoes and cucumbers as well.

Chop up the chicken breast into large chunks and put them into a bowl.

Melt about 1/4 cup of hot sauce along with 1/4 cup of butter.  Note:  The spicier you want your sauce, the less butter you use.

Pour the hot sauce and butter into the bowl and combine thoroughly with the chicken.

Place the Buffalo Chicken on top of your salad.

Sprinkle the blue cheese on top of the chicken and serve with Blue Cheese Dressing.

Enjoy!
