Hi Everyone!
Tonight was one of those nights that I wanted to put something together quickly. Something that was quick, yet flavorful. So hence the Shrimp Chicken & Broccoli in Garlic Sesame Sauce. Now I have to admit, I cut some corners and did not make the sauce from scratch, but we'll get to that. This dish is great to make during the week because it's fast and nutritious for your family. So, this is what I did.
You will need the following ingredients:
* Shrimp (Fresh or frozen, depending on how much time you have.)
* Chicken Breast
* Broccoli (Again, fresh or frozen, depending on how much time you have.)
* Mushrooms
* Sesame Garlic Sauce
* White Rice
First boil the rice and then you can start preparing your other ingredients.
Cut season and saute' the chicken breast in a pan. Add a little oil to prevent sticking.
Add the broccoli and continue to saute'.
Cut up your mushrooms and add to the pan. Continue to saute'
Add the shrimp last so that they don't over cook and become rubbery. Continue to saute.
Add the Garlic Sesame Sauce and mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes on low heat.
Serve on a bed of white rice and enjoy!
