On a hot, summer day, do you ever want to have a simple, cool dinner? I know we do. Making salads can be fun and creative. There are really no rules. I love grilling shrimp, chicken or steak, and adding it to a bed of my favorite veggies with my favorite salad dressing. Lump crabmeat is especially delicious on a salad. I wanted to post a couple of pictures of salads that we have made recently.
