Chicken Cheese Steaks

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday, Phillip was in the mood for a cheese steak from a very famous establishment in Philadelphia.  Unfortunately, they didn't have chicken cheese steaks for Brianna.  So, I made her one today, and it was very simple.  So, if you can't get to Philly for a cheese steak......make your own!  This dish is great for doing the week.

You'll need the following:

* Very thin sliced chicken
* Provolone Cheese (or your favorite cheese)
* Olive Oil
* Montreal Chicken Seasoning
* Morton's Nature's Seasoning
* Onions (optional)

Spray the oil on the pan and heat.

Toss the onions in the pan and sautee'.

Wash your meat and tear into strips.  Toss into the pan as well and sautee'.

Now, add your seasoning.

Then, I tore the cheese into pieces and added them into the pan and continued mixing.

Place the chicken onto the toasted roll and serve with french fries.

Try this recipe using Steak as well, just use the Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Enjoy!
