Pepper Steak

Hi Everyone!

Tonight I decided to make steak for dinner.  Rather than make just grilled steak, I decided to make Pepper Steak.  This is a fast and easy weekday dish that your family will love.

You will need the following:

* Steak Fillets (not to be confused with Filet Mignon)
* Pepper (use the color of your choice)
* Onions
* White Rice
* Canola or Olive Oil
* Teriyaki Sauce

Boil your white rice until tender.

Season your steak.  I use meat tenderizer, Morton's Nature's Seasoning, Montreal Steak Seasoning and a little garlic.  Be sure to rub your seasoning into the meat.

Grill or broil your steak.

While your steak is cooking, wash and slice the onions and peppers.  Feel free to add any of your other veggies as well.

Pour some Canola or Olive Oil in your skillet and heat.  Add the veggies to the skillet and sautee'.

Once your meat is done, slice and add the meat to the skillet with the veggies.

Pour your favorite Teriyaki Sauce into the skillet and continue to sautee'.

Serve over the white rice and enjoy!
