New Year's Day Breakfast

Happy New Year's Everyone!

My day started cooking Beef Kielbasa, Eggs, Toast and Hash Browns.  I ran out of green peppers, so I improvised and added spinach and tomatoes to my hash browns.  They were "smack yo mama good"!
