Hi Everyone!
Here is a great side dish that even the kids will love.....Glazed Carrots! They are so good with just about any meat.....beef, chicken, etc.
You will need the following:
* Carrots
* Butter
* Cinnamon
* Sugar
* Brown Sugar
* Nutmeg
* Vanilla
Wash and chop your carrots.
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add the carrots to the boiling water. Cook until tender and then drain the water out of the pot.
Add 2-3 heaping scoops of butter.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Add about a 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Let the carrots simmer on low heat until the mixture forms a glaze.
Serve with your favorite and enjoy!
