Bow Tie Chicken Pasta Salad

Hi Everyone!

With the summer coming to an unofficial end, it is time to have some end of the season BBQs.  Pasta Salad is always a great dish to serve to accompany ribs, chicken, hamburgers or hot dogs.  Recently my family came over for dinner and I made Bow Tie Chicken Pasta Salad.  It is very easy to make.

You will need the following:

* Bow Tie Pasta or the pasta of your choice
* Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
* Sun Dried Tomatoes
* Mushrooms
* Fresh Spinach
* Chicken Breast
* Morton's Nature's Seasoning
* Montreal Chicken Seasoning
* Garlic
* Pepper
* Olive Oil
* Parsley
* Parmesan Cheese

Boil and drain your pasta.  Once drained, place the pasta a in large bowl.

Wash and season your chicken.  Don't forget to rub the chicken with olive oil.  Grill, broil or sautee' the chicken.  Once done, slice into strip and toss them into the pasta.

Sautee the spinach, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in alittle olive oil, in a hot pan until done.  Once done, toss your veggies into pasta as well.

Follow directions for the Good Season's Dressing.  Once done, pour the dressing onto the pasta, and mix thoroughly.  Season to taste if you'd like.

Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.

Allow to chill for about an hour and serve.

Enjoy!
