Beef Ribs

Hi Everyone!

Today's recipe is Beef Ribs.  Up until a couple of weeks ago, I had never made Beef Ribs, but I decided to wing it.  I found that Beef Ribs are pretty inexpensive and easy to make.  This is definitely a weekend dish because they need to cook slowly until tender.

You will need the following:

* Beef Ribs
* Liptons Onion Soup Mix
* Meat Tenderizer
* Morton's Nature's Seasoning
* McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
* Garlic Powder
* Pepper
* Olive Oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Oil your roaster or baking dish.

Wash and season your beef ribs.

Place in the oven and bake slowly.

Don't forgot to add about 2 cups of water to your dish.

Be sure to baste your meat once an hour.  Feel free to baste it more than that if you'd like.

Bake for approximately 3 hours.

Once the meat is tender, remove from the oven.

Using your baster, transfer the drippings into a sauce pan.

In the sauce pan, prepare the Lipton's Onion Soup Mix until done. Note: You may need to add about a cup of water if you need more gravy.

Pour the gravy back into the dish.

Serve with your favorite sides.
