Bay Scallops in Garlic Butter

Hi Everyone!

I was at the seafood counter today looking for something different to make for Phillip tonight.  He had a stressful week, so I wanted to make him something that was extra succulent  to go with his steak.  So I saw these little bay scallops behind the case and decided to grab them.  These are so simple to make, it's ridiculous.

You will need the following:

* Bay Scallops
* Butter
* Garlic Powder or fresh garlic cloves
* Parsley

Wash the scallops gently.

Oil and heat your skillet.

Toss in the scallops along with a scoop or 2 of butter.  Gently saute in the butter.  Scallops do not take long to cook.

Sprinkle as much or as little garlic as you like.

Sprinkle some parsley and serve.
